Our success will hinge on the effective execution of our marketing plan. We will position our services as the best but affordable. Our pricing will be competitive. We will mainly promote our business through customer care and personal selling. Our logistics will be handled by the Managing Director as this will ensure that services are rendered effectively, to our customers. What we need currently to kick-start our project is to create a relationship with the Municipality, private sector, individuals and government .

Marengwa Consortium was established in April 2014 it then registered with CIPC in 2017 ,the registration no is 2017/322588/07 .Marengwa Consortium accommodates both black and white, we are a non-racial/sexist organization, and we believe that everybody should be treated fairly with dignity and respect. Development Impact

Marengwa Consortium  is accredited as an education and training provider in Agriculture , we are able to provide certification after the training has been completed. The certification can serve as an advantage to both our target market and to the members of the community that may want to enter the workplace with the skills that they have acquired from us.

One of the social problems facing our community is unemployment. Our business will contribute to the solution of this problem by employing local  We will support other owned companies for the  Training services when necessary, so as to improve the standard of service in South Africa. We believe that by developing 1 candidate, the organisation will benefit from that person by developing one company the entire town will benefit from that and at the end of the day everybody will be doing his/ her job effectively, that will increase profit margins in a number of companies, staff will be motivated because they will be doing something that they enjoy and like

Executive Managers Responsibilities

  • To develop and maintain a positive company image and positive relations between the company and key customers, vendors, and regulators.
  • To develop plans for the growth and development of the company and the expansion or improvement of company facilities.
  • Monitors and develops the annual budget.
  • Ensures that company operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Develop, monitor, approve and implement policies and procedures appropriate to the operations of the company.

Market Shares

Increasing our market share will be one of our objectives Population and demographics in the province have been increasing for the past few years. But yet still skills development remained steady. It is predicted that skills in the province has dropped as a result of the global economic situation and something has to be done to ensure that local people are equipped with resources and information to get started.
Our target market will be those in the age group 18-50 years. According to Statistics South Africa this age group is 47 % of the national population. This gives us a target market of 2 350 (47% of 5 000). With national employment at 58%-60%, our effective markets size i.e. those capable of using our services are approximately 40% in the province. Of course not every unemployed candidates requires our services, there are those candidates that can really need this services, all we have to do is to come up with a criteria to establish the people that really need such services and be able to equip them with skills and knowledge.
